I offer person-centred one-to-one therapy using evidence based interventions. I can meet with you face to face at my practice rooms in central Exeter or online via video call.

What to expect

As a first step I offer a free 15 minute phone call to hear what you would hope to gain from therapy, whether I am able to offer the support you need and to check if therapy using a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach  is likely to be helpful for you.

If we decide to work together I will then offer some initial appointments (1-3) to hear more about your difficulties and what you would like to gain from therapy. During the initial assessment session(s) we will work on building a shared understanding of your difficulties and make a plan for how to help, which will help me estimate how many further sessions you are likely to need. You are always free to stop sessions at any point and we review progress regularly to check you are happy.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £120 per session.
